E. Thorton Ibbetson Guest Quarters  Parker Dam, CA Client: Metropolitan Water District Project Size: 9,000 sf Description: The E. Thorton Ibbetson Guest Quarters is a 9,000 s.f. facility with 24 guest suites for Metropolitan Water Executives and Dignitaries visiting the Metropolitan Water - Parker Dam Facility. The facility’s 24 guest suites open onto an outdoor covered walk and colonade that functions as both a shading device in the efforts to reduce the enviromental controls for the facility as well as architectural relief to the facade.
