John Wayne Airport Headquarters Building  Costa Mesa, CA Center Service Support Building - Facility Yard Client: County of Orange / John Wayne Airport Project Size: 40,000 sf Project Cost: $2 million Description: Kishimoto Architects were responsible for development of programming, design, and construction phase administration. This 40,000 s.f. building included: programming, interior design/ space planning, seismic retrofit to current standards, new mechanical and electrical systems, new roof, enhancement of building exterior, redesign of landscape and parking lot re-design. The intent of the project was to consolidate under one roof the entire airport administrative departments which were scattered in various buildings.
