Description:
Kishimoto Architects were responsible for development of programming,
design, and construction phase administration. This 40,000 s.f.
building included: programming, interior design/ space planning,
seismic retrofit to current standards, new mechanical and electrical
systems, new roof, enhancement of building exterior, redesign of
landscape and parking lot re-design. The intent of the project was to
consolidate under one roof the entire airport administrative
departments which were scattered in various buildings. The project
required our understanding of individual department needs and the
collective functional needs of the total airport administration
operation.
